Niall O’Donohoe – Managing Director

Niall is the co-founder and MD of ProCloud. With over 22 years’ experience in the IT industry, he is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of ProCloud. Niall had a 17-year career with IBM, latterly as Enterprise Director with responsibility for Sales and Distribution across Ireland having previously held senior roles for IBM across Europe.  He is passionate about innovating and delivering exceptional client experiences through the expertise and dedication of our people. Niall’s vision is for ProCloud to be recognised as the trusted technology partner for the solutions we provide – honest, expert, and reliable in all our relationships.

A former Dublin Senior footballer and Irish Colleges soccer international, he remains actively involved with his local GAA and Soccer clubs. Married with three daughters he also enjoys running, golf and the occasional 5-a-side soccer game.

Brian Supple – Technical Director

Brian in his role as Technical Director and co-founder of ProCloud is responsible for the strategic technology direction of the company.  Having started his career with Microsoft he has held a variety of technical roles in a career spanning over 20 years. As a solution architect, he assesses customers’ needs and designs leading edge Hybrid Cloud solutions built on HPE SimpliVity Hyperconverged private cloud and Microsoft Azure public cloud. Brian works hard to ensure clients have early access to best-in-class technologies, products, and services from partners including HPE, Microsoft and VMWare. He is committed to outstanding customer satisfaction and is the customer facing link between sales and project delivery. His certifications include PRINCE2 Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, HPE ATP, Cisco CCNA, IBM Softlayer.

When not at his desk, the married father of 2 enjoys walking and cycling the many beautiful routes around Boyle and listening to history podcasts. A former Boyle Celtic player and Boyle GAA club captain he currently coaches his daughters U8 team.

Owen O’Donohoe – Services Director

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT sector, Owen is a co-founder of ProCloud. A Solution Architect, with experience across a range of roles and technologies, he is the Microsoft Lead at ProCloud. His team of highly skilled Microsoft Certified Professionals are responsible for the successful implementation of key client projects. Owen specialises in VMware, Hybrid Cloud, Hyper-Convergence, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Virtualisation. He holds the following qualifications, VMware Certified Professional, HPE Accredited Solutions Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified Identity and Security, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure solutions.

A former player with Sligo Rovers, Owen his wife and four children are all active in his other former club, Boyle Celtic FC where he is Club Registrar, Committee member and a Youth Team coach.

Paul Tiernan – Services Director

Over the past 22 years Paul has held positions as a Solutions Architect, at Management level in both technical and operational capacities as Technical Director in Ireland, the USA and the UK. He has worked for companies including An Post and Deutsche Bank, and for clients including General Electric, Sectra, CitiPost, Polycon, Northern Trust Bank and the BBC.  Paul is a specialist in storage and virtualisation architecture including cloud services, implementation, project management and support management. He is certified in Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration, VMware VCP, HPE ASE Storage Solutions Architect V3, HPE Product Certified – SimpliVity [2021], ITIL v3 Foundation and Prince 2.

Paul and his family moved back from London in 2019 and he joined ProCloud as Services Director. He describes himself as a keen golfer and enjoys both watching and playing the game in his spare time.

Conor Dowling – Cloud Managed Services Director

With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry Conor joined ProCloud in 2019. As well as previously managing his own IT company he also worked at UCD and with several other organisations across Ireland and the UK. At ProCloud Conor is responsible for Cloud Managed Services. A key focus for Conor is providing value in the delivery of cloud solutions and applications to Procloud clients across a broad range of industries. Implementing the ISO 20000 (the International Standard for Service Management) has greatly improved the delivery of effective services that meet the needs of our clients in today’s ever changing business climate.

Conor has a great interest in Reading, Gardening, Local Arts, Golf and walking. An award-winning photographer he is currently curator of the highly regarded Boyle Civic Art collection.

Ray Hannon – Finance Director

A Chartered Accountant, Ray joined ProCloud in 2020 as Finance Director following a 17-year career in Public Practice in an Audit, Tax and Business advisory Firm, where he held a variety of roles including Senior Auditing and Practice Manager. He has responsibility for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the company. Ray also heads up the ProCloud Digital Transformation team where he is focused on working with our clients to gain an understanding of their specific business challenges. Then, developing solutions that transform their data and business processes, to drive efficiencies, enable data led decision making and have a positive impact on their bottom line.

Having played GAA at all levels at both club and County level Ray is privileged to hold championship medals in both Sligo and Roscommon.

Married with 3 children Ray is actively involved in his community as treasurer of the local GAA club, Primary School and Residents Association.  He also coaches GAA teams from U8 girls all the way up to the Senior Men’s team.
