2016

ProCloud is Launched

August 2016 ProCloud is founded by Niall O’ Donohoe, Brian Supple and Owen O’ Donohoe operating from a leased office in Boyle with a mission to drive adoption of new and emerging cloud technologies.

2017

Expand client base and certify partnerships

Achieve accreditation as certified HP Enterprise and Microsoft partners and successfully deliver first Hyperconverged infrastructure solution (HCI) to pharmaceutical client.
Hire first staff and expand team.
Grow cloud managed service base across clients in Financial Services, Local Government, Distribution and CPG.
HP Enterprise recognise ProCloud as leading UKI Silver partner for Hyperconverged Infrastructure.

2018

Continue business growth with several multi-year contracts

Revenues exceed €1 million and sign first multi-year contract in Local Government.
Successfully deliver Microsoft 365 migration to over 400 users with zero downtime.
Win significant multi-year Hyperconverged contracts in Local Government, Pharma and CPG industries.
Achieve service delivery certification for HPE SimpliVity becoming Ireland’s only authorised HPE hyperconverged implementation partner.

2019

Continued expansion

Secure first international contracts outside of Ireland.
Continue to expand client base by securing significant large contracts in Local Government, Distribution, Construction and CPG.
Achieve Gold Microsoft Partner for Cloud Productivity and Cloud Platform.
Implement Microsoft Dynamics for CRM for internal operations.
Successfully deliver multiple M365 migrations with a total seat count of over 2,000 users.
Successfully deliver one of the first Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) implementations in Ireland.

2020

Expand Product and Services portfolio and achieve ISO certification

Achieve ISO-9001 certification for Quality Management System.
Launch digital transformation and data analytics practice.
Launch security practice and successfully roll out our first Microsoft Sentinel “SIEM” solution to financial organisation.
Launch VoIP practice and successfully delivery Microsoft Teams telephony solution to multiple clients.
Complete 3-year strategic plan to 2024.

Restructure for Growth

Acquire new office premises to accommodate business growth.
Achieve ISO 27001 certification for Information Security.
Continue to expand client base by winning significant contracts with Multinational clients in Distribution, Travel & Transport and Local Government.
Deliver first project in the United States.
Announce plans to expand headcount to 40 by 2023.
