Role overview
If you have a strong passion for understanding and improving business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform, and you bring creativity and expertise to process analysis, design, and optimization, the role as a Power Platform Functional Consultant is for you, where you will work as part of a small team you will develop effective business processes to help clients improve a broad range of business operations and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand and define their business processes and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in testing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure user documentation in place.
- Adhere to Company ISO standards and systems for all client communication
- Completion of relevant industry certifications
Skills requirements & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business analysis or information technology.
- Minimum of three years in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
- In-depth experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to translate complex business processes into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience of gathering and manage requirements and user stories on Azure DevOps or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Be able to multitask and manage multiple project requirements at same time.
